Rules for Joining the Computer-Aided Drug Design Diploma (Scientific Bootcamp)

Academic Commitment
All participants must attend lectures regularly, follow the scientific content, and actively participate in discussions and research activities throughout the 6-month program.
  1. Assignment Submission
    All assignments must be submitted on time. Any delay requires an official excuse submitted to the academic supervisor.
  2. Mutual Respect
    Any inappropriate language or behavior is strictly prohibited. Respect for colleagues, supervisors, and trainers is mandatory.
  3. Financial Commitment
    Each installment must be paid within 10 days of the due date. Any delay may affect your continuation in the program.
  4. Active Participation
    All participants must:
    • Engage in the weekly follow-up group.
    • Attend live sessions.
    • Prepare and submit the research or poster on time.
  5. Seriousness in Conference and Publication
    Any participant in scientific publication or international conference must submit all requirements on time and with appropriate quality. Negligence will result in exclusion from publication or conference without compensation.
  6. Submission of Official Documents
    • Undergraduate: National ID + university card.
    • Graduate: National ID + graduation certificate.
    • Researcher (MSc/PhD): National ID + university card.
    • Professor: National ID only.
Warnings and Penalties
  1. Absence Without Excuse
    If you do not interact or submit assignments for 15 consecutive days without an official excuse, your account will be temporarily suspended. Continued absence will result in permanent deletion without refund.
  2. Monthly Performance Report
    Each scientific supervisor (PI) sends a monthly report on the participant’s commitment and behavior. Based on this:
    • First warning
    • Final warning
    • Then dismissal from the program and scholarship if violations continue
  3. Accumulation of Unwatched Content
    If you accumulate a large amount of unviewed content:
    • First warning
    • Second warning
    • Account deletion on the third warning without refund
  4. Non-Academic Behavior
    Any political, religious, or non-scientific discussions are strictly prohibited on any platform.
  5. International Meetings
    All participants must maintain proper conduct and represent Egypt and the Arab world honorably. Any violation results in immediate dismissal.
  6. Manipulation of Registration Data
    If discovered that:
    • A professor registered as a student
    • A graduate registered as a student
    • A resident abroad registered as if inside Egypt
      The account will be deleted immediately without warning or refund.
Additional Organizational Terms
  • Fraudulent Registration
    Providing false data to reduce fees or join a scholarship not intended for your category will result in immediate deletion without refund.
  • Installment Policy
    Payment in 3 installments:
    • First installment: after acceptance
    • Second installment: after one month
    • Third installment: one month after the second
    • Delay of more than 10 days results in deletion
  • Seriousness and Selection
    This is a supported scientific scholarship for Egyptians only. Only serious applicants are accepted. Engagement is evaluated weekly and repeatedly negligent participants are dismissed.
  • Group Size
    Each study group does not exceed 10 students to ensure individual interaction and close supervision.
  • Official Language
    Scientific content is in English, with full academic support available in Arabic if needed.

  1. Certificate after each course (free):
    • The diploma consists of 14 training courses.
    • After completing each course, an electronic certificate is automatically issued via the website, accredited by:
      • Bioinformatics Gate (Egypt)
      • EboBioSolution (UK)
  2. Full diploma certificate (free, electronic):
    • After completing all courses and the final project, you receive:
      • A comprehensive electronic diploma certificate with hours and topics studied, issued from Egypt and the UK.
  3. Printed certificate (optional, extra fee):
    • You can request an original printed certificate for £100 GBP (includes printing, watermarks, and international shipping).
    • Available for all categories (student, graduate, professor).
    • Shipped to your address via an international courier.
  4. Certificate attestation (optional, extra fee):
    • If you wish to have your certificate attested by the British embassy in your country:
      • We coordinate this based on your country.
      • We inform you of the attestation and shipping cost.
      • The attested certificate is sent to you ready for official use.
